Boy, you're the highlight of my day,
My heart quickens when I see your name,
My lungs seem to stop working when you say mine,
You drive me insane.

You always say you'll protect me from anything,
Even though you're so far away,
You wouldn't even hesitate,
To do anything for me, any day.

It seems like you really like me,
But you say you don't know,
And get really irritated,
Then say you want to be left alone.

You ignore me for a few days,
But forgive me after awhile,
We pick up where we left off,
And make each other smile.
